These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShipKit Demo (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice — changes apply from your next renewal. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law or infringe others' rights; probe, disrupt, or overload the Service; attempt to access other users' data; resell or redistribute the Service without permission; upload malicious code; or use the Service to send spam. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

5. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, extended non-payment, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 7, and 8) survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
